In the event that the camp has to be canceled for any reason due to weather, lack of numbers, facility conflicts, etc. families would receive a full refund, minus the 5.75% online convenience fee, as long as camp insurance has been purchased.

No refunds are guaranteed without the insurance, and any cancelations from campers must be made with at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of camp. All refunds will exclude the 5.75% online convenience fee.
